Hatters Men's Basketball Pre-Season Workouts

The Hatters Men's Basketball team will start fall pre-season workouts starting Thursday September 8, 2022. The workouts will be held at the high school in the Auxiliary gym. The workouts will run from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm. All male student athletes grades 9-12 who are interested in playing basketball for the 2022-2023 season are invited to attend the workouts. Eric Butler Jr.and Zehier Cheeze Receive SOL Liberty Division All-League Honors

Hatters senior Eric Butler Jr. has been name to the SOL Liberty Division 2nd team and senior teammate Zehier Cheeze was Honorable Mention. Butler was the team leading scorer and Cheeze was 2nd in scoring and rebounding for the 20-21 Hatters.

Hatters Future Stars Basketball Camp 2021

The Hatters Boys Basketball team will be hosting a summer basketball camp for boys and girls grades 1--9. The camp will provide fundamental and basic basketball-specific skills, establish building blocks for overall basketball skills. 70% of time is spent on individual fundamental training and only 30% of the time is spent on actual game competition. Teach position concepts, but DO NOT assign player positions at any point in the level. Divide actual competition between special games (1x1, 2x2, 3x3, skill games) and 5x5 play, trying not to focus on actual 5x5 competition until later in the level.
